Eco-Schools- A Clear Message from Local Children

Happy Christmas from Tillingbourne.Earth

All the team at T.E wish you and your families a happy, peaceful and warm Christmas with our best wishes for your 2023.

As we all hope for peace in Ukraine and globally, we also know that the impact of inflation and fuel costs have brought hard times to very many people here in the UK- including locally.

Social justice is a core value in our efforts for a sustainable future, and by supporting each other locally and further afield, we believe in the power of community.

Wishing you and your family a happy and peaceful Christmas

Team T.E

Cold, Camera, Action

With the first winter cold spell arriving, T.E's John Taylor is booking in completely free thermal imaging surveys to help us all work out where the biggest heat losses are in our homes, offices and community buildings.

Once you have arranged a mutually convenient time via the form on our website - you are all set!

There is no need to access your home, and images are taken a distance back from each elevation of your house or building.

The images from your report are then emailed to you, or sent via SMS.

To understand how you can best interpret your thermal images and consider options for improving your home insulation, we have suggested some resources that we feel may be helpful - these are also available on this link.

Looking back at 2022!

It will soon be coming up to one year since the launch of T.E, which does seem incredible!

Business Support Network

We believe that to be Sustainable you need to be Sustainable!

We are starting to explore the ways that T.E can support our amazing local businesses with their Net Zero plans- ways to share ideas, useful resources and network local solutions.

If you are interested in this opportunity, we would greatly welcome your involvement. Whether you are working in Sustainability, are already seeking out sustainability solutions in your work place, or are interested from another perspective, your involvement will help lead this conversation.

Eco Schools- A Message From Local Children

As part of Eco-Schools, the children of Shere Infant School have regular Fridays for Future Days with a whole day themed around the environment.

Last month's project involved every child from reception to Year 2 sharing their thoughts and feelings about the environment with their amazing work of art - a clear message to us all.

Very Happy Christmas from Tillingbourne.Earth

We hope you may choose to share this newsletter with family and friends
